Sarah Bianchi, Deputy US Trade Representative, will update Asia House Corporate Members on US trade policy in Asia during a briefing in Washington DC.

Speaking in the sidelines of the G20 Finance Ministers Meetings, Bianchi will discuss US aims in Asia amid ongoing geopolitical challenges and a global economy beleaguered by high energy prices and rising inflation.

The Deputy USTR will also share the latest developments around the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework – Washington’s initiative to boost trade and build influence in the region.

Chaired by Asia House Chief Executive, Michael Lawrence, the briefing will give Corporate Members unique insights into US thinking on Asia, and the implications for businesses operating in the region.
