Hiring Our Facilities

Our Fine Rooms, Library and Gallery are available for hire. They are ideal venues for symposia, lectures, presentations, product launches, conferences, lunches, dinners and receptions, giving your guests a memorable experience at London’s premier pan-Asian organisation.

Our staff will support you throughout your event with flexibility and the personal touch. We have exceptional in-house caterers specialising in Asian and fusion food and an extensive reasonably priced wine list to suit.

Organizations that have used Asia House as a venue for their events include BP, Benoy, Boston Consulting Group, British Council, BSI, Macmillan Publishing, Shangri La Hotels.

Audio-visual equipment

Asia House offers a complete range of audio-visual equipment and services. Our permanent on-site team will advise you on all matters of technical support.

Catering

Our in-house caterers can supply you with a wide variety of pan-Asian dishes. If your event simply requires sandwiches and refreshments, we can also provide these. Please contact us for a customised menu to suit your needs.

Accessibility

We have wheelchair ramp, and a passenger lift provides access to all our Fine Rooms and also to the disabled toilet.

There are dedicated disabled parking spaces near Asia House. Consult the City of Westminster ‘Disabled parking’ website for further information, including maps showing disabled parking bays throughout London.

Nearest underground stations

Oxford Circus station (Bakerloo, Victoria, Central lines): 5 minutes’ walk
Regents Park (Bakerloo line): 5 minutes’ walk
Great Portland Street (Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan lines): 7 minutes’ walk.

National rail

Paddington, Euston and King's Cross national rail stations are all nearby and just a few minutes’ journey by taxi. All the other London terminals can be reached by underground or taxi.

Parking

Asia House is situated within a controlled parking zone. Parking meters are available in the streets around Asia House. Details of parking near Asia House can be found on the Westminster City Council website.
