This panel discussion, by the team involved in
the creation of the Routes
and Remedies exhibition, will open a forum for discussion. It will
include
a tasting of some of the wonderful recipes and remedies harvested
from
the participants such as restorative congee, eight-treasure tea
and the
very popular chicken soup. There will be a chance to see the ingredients
and learn about how and when they are used in Asia and in London.
